Product Warranty Guidelines
Listed below are the warranty details for our various product lines. Warranty claims will be processed on a repair or replacement basis at the discretion of Jade and/or their Authorised Repair Agent. Please note that product prices and specifications , including warranty, may change without notice.
Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of a new product, and from the date of purchase. These warranties do not cover products which have been damaged as a result of misuse and/orabuse, neglect, accident, unauthorised repairs or modifications, exposure to excessive heat or humidity and corrosive environments.
This particularly applies to less robust items such as lapel and headset microphones that have to always be handled with care. Furthermore, warranty does not cover damage to instruments or component finishes that may result from fair wear and tear during normal use, as well as component parts or batteries that require regular service or periodic replacement as a result of normal use.
